Jojaiah Balla has extensive experience in technical support and customer service roles. Starting in 1994 at Legato Systems, they worked as a Manager of Technical Support until 1999. They then moved to Digital Impact as the Sr Manager of Technical Support and Training. In 2000, at Ciena, Jojaiah took on the role of Sr Manager of Technical Support and New Product Introduction. From 2005 to 2009, they worked at Yahoo as the Director of Customer Support and Product Management. In 2010, Jojaiah joined Intermedia as the Vice President of Client Services.
Jojaiah Balla completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Osmania University from 1987 to 1991. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 1992 to 1994. Prior to their higher education, Jojaiah Balla attended St. Pauls High School.
