Tess has expertise in process optimization, project management, and transformation initiatives. Their most recent role was Vice President of Support Services at Intermedia Cloud Communications.

Tess Chen holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from National Tsing Hua University. Tess later went on to pursue a Master's degree in the same field at the same institution. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance.
