Christian Schumer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation and strategy roles across leading financial institutions. Currently serving as Head of Transformation and Managing Director at Intermediate Capital Group since October 2019, Christian previously held multiple senior positions at Deutsche Bank from November 2011 to April 2019, including Regional Head of AFC Transformation & Remediation UK and Head of UK Governance & Strategy. Christian's earlier career at McKinsey & Company spanned over a decade, where roles included Associate Principal and Business Analyst.
