David Bicarregui

David Bicarregui currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Intermediate Capital Group since April 2023, also holding the position of CFO Designate. In addition, David has been a Vice Chair on the Board of Governors at St George's Weybridge since September 2010, overseeing the Finance & Risk Committee and the Strategic Planning Committee. David's extensive career includes a long tenure at Goldman Sachs from August 1997 to July 2022, where roles included Partner, Chief Financial Officer and board member of Goldman Sachs International Bank, International Treasurer across multiple global locations, and Managing Director in Global Treasury. David holds dual MBA degrees from Columbia Business School and London Business School, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Exeter.
