David Kim

David Kim serves as Co-Head of Asia Pacific Real Estate at Intermediate Capital Group since April 2022. Previously, David was Head of Private Funds at ARA Asset Management from 2013 to April 2022. His career includes a role as Managing Director at The Blackstone Group, where David led the transition of the Bank of America Merrill Lynch team after the bank divested its real estate principal investment business. Additionally, David held the position of Managing Director and COO at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2005 to 2010, focusing on real estate-related investments across several Asian markets. David began his career as an analyst in M&A at Morgan Stanley and in Debt Capital Markets at J.P. Morgan. David holds bachelor's degrees in Economics and Business Administration and Management from the University of California, Berkeley.
