Gavin Vine

Gavin Vine is a Real Estate Investment Associate at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) since May 2023, specializing in real estate finance and non-performing loan restructuring. Prior to ICG, Gavin served as an Investment Manager at Atelier from October 2020 to April 2023, focusing on real estate development finance underwriting, and held roles as Associate Investment Manager and Asset Manager at Pluto Investment Management from August 2019 to October 2020. Additionally, experience includes working as a Development Manager at the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction in late 2018 and an Entry Clearance Officer at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 2016. Gavin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Asian and Middle Eastern Studies (Chinese) from the University of Cambridge and a Master's degree in Real Estate Investment & Finance from Henley Business School, complemented by a year of study in Chinese Studies at Peking University.
