Ludovic Laforge

Ludovic Laforge currently serves as Managing Director of Infrastructure Equity at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) since May 2018, specializing in infrastructure investments. Previously, Laforge held the position of Principal at EDF Invest from 2013 to 2018, focusing on direct investments in infrastructure, real estate, and private equity. Prior roles include Manager of M&A at EDF from 2010 to 2013, where notable transactions included acquisitions of EDF Renewable Energy and Edison SpA, and the disposal of EDF's stake in Exelon. Laforge began his career as Sous-directeur at Rothschild & Co from 2006 to 2010, providing M&A advisory for large and mid-cap transactions. Educational qualifications include a Master in Finance et Stratégie from Sciences Po, obtained between 2000 and 2005.
