Mathieu Vigier

Mathieu Vigier is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in direct lending and debt advisory. As Co-Head of Direct Lending and Managing Director at Intermediate Capital Group since November 2012, Mathieu oversees the Direct Lending business in France and Spain, having invested €6 billion through 16 significant transactions. Prior roles include Director of Debt Advisory at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where Mathieu developed the Debt Advisory business and provided services for corporate transactions, and Director of Leveraged Finance at GE Capital, where the French Leveraged Finance Franchise was established. Mathieu's career began at Credit Lyonnais and also includes positions at Calyon and Natwest - Lombard North Central Plc, complemented by a solid academic background from emlyon business school and Paris ESLSCA Business School.
