Stephen Tang

Stephen Tang is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as Managing Director and Co-Head of Real Estate for Asia-Pacific at Intermediate Capital Group since April 2022. Prior to this role, Stephen was with ARA Asset Management from May 2017 to April 2022, where responsibilities included leading the Private Funds Value Add and Opportunistic real estate platform, overseeing fund strategy, fundraising, and managing a dedicated team across the APAC region. Stephen's prior experience includes a Managing Director position at J.P. Morgan from May 2012 to May 2017, focusing on APAC PERE, and an Executive Director role at Morgan Stanley with the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds from May 2005 to December 2011. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington, and studies at Harvard Business School.
