Carol Dannenbrink is an experienced Special Education Teacher with a strong background in supporting students with developmental disabilities. Currently employed at Intermediate District 287 since April 2011, Carol serves as both a case manager and teacher for students aged eighteen to twenty-one at Edgewood Education Center. Previously, Carol worked in various roles, including Special Education Teacher at Minneapolis Public Schools and Saint Paul Public Schools, where responsibilities included assessing student needs, developing educational plans, and implementing research-based practices. Carol began the career as a Special Education Assistant at Minneapolis Public Schools, providing support to students with cognitive disabilities, and also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Special Education expected in September 2010 and a Bachelor of Science with distinction in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota.
