Ian Wells

Ian Wells has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as a Special Education Teacher and Case Manager at Intermediate District 287 since February 2022. Prior to this role, Ian was a Program Manager at The Salvation Army from May 2021 to May 2022 and worked as a Special Education teacher specializing in Emotional and Behavioral Disorders (EBD) from 2000 until May 2021. Ian holds a Master of Education in Emotional Behavioral Disability and a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Development and African-American Studies, both obtained from the University of Minnesota. Academic credentials also include a diploma from North H.S., completed in 1996.
