Jake Horejsh

Jake Horejsh, MS, CLSSGB, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Health, Safety, and Security at Intermediate District 287, a position held since April 2019. In this role, Jake manages workplace injuries, oversees emergency services, and directs health and safety initiatives across various facilities. With prior experience at Allina Health and Thrivent Financial, where Jake held roles ranging from Safety and Security to Security Services Risk Strategist, Jake has developed strong skills in crisis management, regulatory compliance, and staff training. Jake holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Strategies and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration with a specialization in Criminal Justice, complemented by an associate degree in Criminal Justice-Police Science.
