Kerilee Ramponi

Kerilee Ramponi is a Deaf/Hard of Hearing (DHH) Teacher at Intermediate District 287 since January 2023 and a Graduate Student at the University of Minnesota since May 2021. Previously, Kerilee held various HR roles, including HR Administrator at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, where significant achievements included achieving 100% compliance with the Affordable Care Act and managing benefits administration for over 1,100 employees. Other roles encompassed positions as HR Generalist at The Tile Shop, Benefits Compliance Coordinator at Fish & Richardson P.C., and Personnel Services Assistant at OATI, focusing on employee onboarding and HR support. Earlier in the career, Kerilee served as a 25U Signal System Support Specialist in the 434th Chemical Company Army National Guard, gaining recognition for professionalism and training abilities, and started with a foundational role as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Augustana Health Care Center. Kerilee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and completed Advanced Individual Training as a Signal System Support Specialist in the Army.
