Olena Zaslavska

Olena Zaslavska is an experienced IT Specialist with a demonstrated history of building and customizing PCs, providing support services, and implementing complex IT solutions. At Intermediate District 287 since November 2016, Olena has focused on PC building and ongoing technical support. Prior experience at GSK from April 2008 to September 2016 included roles as Stream Lead, Application Services Specialist, Help Desk Specialist, and IT Specialist, where responsibilities included successful SAP implementations, support for business and financial applications, cost reduction through contract negotiations, and management of IT help desk processes. Earlier experience consists of IT support roles at Aptekar and teaching computer science at High School 154. Olena holds a master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
