Raakel Elzy serves as the Vice President of Clinical Operations - Specialty Services at Intermountain Centers and its Affiliates, overseeing statewide autism and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, as well as kinship support services awarded by the Arizona Department of Child Services. Prior to this role, Raakel was the Vice President of Clinical Integration, focusing on clinical staff guidance, quality enhancement, and care alignment across the organization. Experience includes positions as Regional Director and Clinical Director at Ally Pediatric Therapy, Associate Director of Clinical Services, Clinical Supervisor, and Senior Clinician at HOPE Group, and a Special Education Teacher at Flowing Wells Unified School District. Raakel holds a Master of Arts in Cross Categorical Special Education from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Psychology from the same institution.
