Karen Oxenford

Karen Oxenford, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for Enterprise Shared Services at Intermountain Health since December 2018. Prior to this role, Karen was with Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center from July 2003 to June 2018, holding the positions of Director of People Strategy and Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities included developing and implementing HR strategies for a $70 million healthcare business with over 400 employees. Karen possesses a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Western Governors University.
