Katrice Lanier

Katrice Lanier, M.Ed, currently serves as AVP Talent Acquisition & Caregiver Belonging at Intermountain Health since December 2021, overseeing various facets of Talent Acquisition including recruitment, diversity initiatives, and employment branding. Prior to this role, Katrice held the position of System Director, Talent Acquisition at The University of Kansas Health System from August 2017 to December 2021, and served as Manager of Talent Acquisition at Memorial Hermann Health System from December 2015 to July 2017. Katrice's extensive background in Human Resources includes significant roles at Memorial Health, where responsibilities encompassed HR operations and talent acquisition across various levels from 2003 to 2015, as well as an early career position as Administrative Coordinator at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Katrice holds a Master of Education degree in Adult Education/Human Resources from Armstrong State University.
