Robyn Funcannon, MBA, PMP, has over 20 years of experience in business applications and client service management within the healthcare and benefits sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Business Applications at Intermountain Health since October 2015, Robyn leads multiple teams of Business Analysts and Data Architects, collaborating with operational leaders to develop enterprise-wide system strategies. Prior roles at ADP included directing client service teams and managing employee health and welfare benefits for national clients, with a focus on service delivery and client relations. Robyn began a career in benefits management at Intermountain Healthcare, providing support and mentorship in retirement services. An MBA graduate from Westminster College, Robyn combines substantial industry expertise with an emphasis on operational efficiency and strategic system integration.
