Assistant Vice President Of Clinical Programs at Intermountain Healthcare

Sheralee Petersen is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Clinical Programs at Intermountain Health since March 2010. In this role, Sheralee evaluates, treats, and manages general cardiology patients and holds a sub-specialty certification in hypertension. Sheralee also provides clinical and strategic leadership as the Executive Clinical Director for the Cardiovascular Clinical Program and as the APP Director for the same program. Prior to these positions, Sheralee was a Physician Assistant in Cardiology at Intermountain Heart Center and contributed to the Utah Academy of PAs as a Legislative Committee Member and Chair from 2016 to January 2021. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah School of Medicine, an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Sciences from Utah State University.
