Lisa Hickson, MBA and GAICD, is a seasoned professional in customer experience strategy and marketing, currently serving as the Global Practice Leader at ICG since September 2013 and as the Director and Founder of TheExperienceCollective.com.au since December 2014. Hickson has held significant roles across various organizations, including non-executive director at Onthehouse Group and GM of Brand, Communications & Insights at REA Group. With prior experience as Head of Strategy at Komosion, Marketing Lead at Foundry Group Pty Ltd, and Marketing Director at Microsoft, Hickson has demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and strategic planning. Educationally, a prestigious MBA was attained from INSEAD between 1995 and 1996.
