April Benson

April Benson is an Executive Coach with extensive experience in guiding clients toward personal and professional transformation. Since June 2015, April has been leading The Life You Crave, LLC, focusing on developing customized strategies for change through one-on-one coaching and educational tools. April also serves as a Coaching Community of Practice Facilitator at the Internal Revenue Service, promoting a coaching culture within the Federal Government and enhancing the skills of supervisors and managers. Additionally, April contributes to the IRS Frontline Manager Transition Program and the Treasury Executive Institute as an Executive Coach, utilizing certifications in MBTI® and Social + Emotional Intelligence to address management and team challenges. April's tenure at the U.S. Department of the Treasury as Infrastructure & Operations Division Director since June 2003 further complements a commitment to fostering professional growth, along with previous volunteer coaching experience with Women for Change Coaching Community. April holds dual Master of Science degrees in Information Technology from Syracuse University and Capitol Technology University.
