Frank Santoro

Frank Santoro has extensive experience in governmental relations and taxation, currently serving as a Government Information Specialist and Governmental Liaison at the Internal Revenue Service since June 2010. In this role, Frank develops cooperative relationships with state and local agencies, manages data agreements, and addresses constituent issues related to online data access. Previously held positions include Manager of Program Planning and Reporting, International Practice Network Team Manager, and International Technical Specialist, focusing on strategic planning and international taxation. Frank's background includes roles in education and finance, along with significant involvement in youth soccer as a coach, referee, and board member. Frank holds a Master's degree in Taxation and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Georgia State University.
