Kenny Harris

Kenny Harris is currently an HR Shared Services Training Coordinator at the Internal Revenue Service, where responsibilities include coordinating training needs assessments for the Human Resources Shared Services division. Previously, Harris served as Department Head for Manpower Programs at the Navy Manpower Analysis Center, managing Total Force Manpower Requirements and advising on manpower and force management. As Branch Head at the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, leadership of multiple US Navy research projects was demonstrated, focusing on manpower, personnel, training, and education challenges. Experience also includes a role as Senior Business Analyst at Sektor Solutions, where development of a manpower blueprint for Navy personnel systems was led, and General Manager of Warehouse Operations at Mid-South Power Distributors. Harris's military background spans over two decades with the US Navy, culminating in various positions related to human resources, research analysis, and officer recruitment.
