Russ Q. possesses a strong background in technology and program management, currently serving as a Technical Advisor at the Internal Revenue Service since December 2018. Previously, Russ has held the position of Program Manager at Ace Info Solutions, Inc. since April 2003, overseeing the USCG Core Technologies Services contract and managing various technology, operations, and security teams. In the earlier stages of the career, Russ served as the Director of Professional Services at Spaceworks from 1999 to 2001. Academically, Russ holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Hood College and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Shepherd University.
