Toya Jackson, BS, MSA, currently serves as a Tax Examining Technician at the Internal Revenue Service and also holds the position of Payroll Manager/HR Business Partner at Care Connection LLC. With extensive experience in human resources and payroll management, Toya has worked in various roles including HR Implementation Consultant at ADP and HR Applications Analyst at Cox Enterprises.
