Eugen Mihai is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in management and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager for Balkans and Cyprus at Care Direct since October 2020, Eugen has previously held multiple executive roles within the organization, overseeing operations in Romania, Bulgaria, and Serbia. As the Founder of The Elite Negotiator since April 2014, Eugen developed an impactful negotiation program benefiting numerous global companies. Additionally, Eugen has been a trainer for "Business Strategy" and "Managerial Finance" at the International Advertising Association - School of Business since March 2014.
