Iulia Niculae - Cuciurean

Iulia Niculae - Cuciurean has a diverse work experience across various organizations. Iulia started their career as an Account Executive at Ogilvy & Mather in 2010 and then worked as a Senior Account Executive at Saatchi & Saatchi from 2011 to 2013. Iulia further advanced their career as an Account Director at Cohn and Jansen JWT from 2013 to 2016.

In 2016, Iulia joined Federatia Romana de Fotbal as a Marketing Manager. Iulia'sresponsibilities included developing the marketing strategy for all brands of the Romanian Football Federation, coordinating the marketing team, managing partnerships and sponsor relationships, and overseeing budgets. Iulia also served as the Marketing Manager for UEFA Under 21 Championship in 2023.

Simultaneously, they served as a Fundraiser at Let's Do It Romania from 2010 onwards and held various roles in the IAA Young Professionals - Romanian Chapter from 2008 to 2021, including President and Vice President. Additionally, they served as the IAA YP Vice President for Europe from 2019 to 2020.

Iulia also gained experience in event management by serving as the UEFA EURO 2020 - Venue Marketing Services Manager for a brief period from May 2021 to July 2021.

Furthermore, they held the position of Young Professional Vice President at the International Advertising Association since November 2020.
