Marisa Russell

Marisa Russell possesses extensive experience in clinical operations, with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Clinical Operations and South Africa Office Lead at IAVI since June 2017, Marisa has previously held significant positions such as Director and Associate Director of Clinical Operations at IAVI, as well as roles at the International Partnership for Microbicides and Quintiles. Marisa's academic background includes a B.Sc Hon in Human Physiology and a B.Sc in Zoology & Physiology from Stellenbosch University.
