Grant Milstead

Grant Milstead serves as the Vice President of Digital Technology at United Airlines, overseeing technology teams that enhance both employee operations and customer-facing solutions for over 500,000 daily flyers. Previously, Grant held various roles at GE, including Chief Information Officer for GE Capital Rail Services, where responsibilities encompassed technology management for a significant railcar leasing operation. Grant's early career included an internship at AT&T focused on organizational change management. Grant is also an Advisory Board Member for the International Air Transport Association and a graduate of both GE's Experienced Information Management Program and IT leadership programs. Grant earned a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
