Lajos Guba

Lajos Guba is an experienced IT Vendor Manager currently serving at the International Air Transport Association (IATA) since January 2023. Prior to this role, Lajos held various positions in the technology and telecommunications sectors, including IT Sourcing Category Manager and IT Procurement Contract Manager at Nokia from October 2018 to December 2022. Responsibilities included managing significant annual spends, leading sourcing initiatives, and improving supplier performance. Lajos also worked at Vodafone from April 2014 to September 2018, where roles included IT Supplier Contract Manager and Sales Channel Development Manager. Earlier experience includes a Business Development Manager position at SGS and various sales roles at Sodexo and Pepsi Bottling Ventures. Lajos holds an MSc in Economics, Management and Leadership from the University of Pécs and a BSc in Economics from Budapest Business University.
