Lilian Spanos has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as Product Marketing Manager and Senior Manager at the International Air Transport Association (IATA) since August 2008. Responsibilities include directing strategic activities across the Airport, Passenger, Cargo, and Security portfolios and leading the IATA triennial business plan. Previously, Lilian held roles such as Manager of the Aviation Security and Facilitation division, overseeing the Security Management Systems (SeMS) portfolio and serving as Secretary for the IOSA Program's security-related working group. Lilian began a career in aviation at the International Civil Aviation Organisation from April 1998 to July 2008 as an Assistant in Aviation Security and Facilitation. Educationally, Lilian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from McGill University, obtained from 1989 to 1992.
