Malik Hapaq

Malik Hapaq is a skilled professional with extensive experience in the airline industry, currently serving as a Senior Manager in DDS data Ingestion at the International Air Transport Association (IATA) since February 2016. Malik has led the development of a Business Intelligence tool for airline cost management and managed the implementation of Direct Data Solutions for new airlines. Prior to IATA, Malik held several roles at Royal Jordanian, where responsibilities included leading IT business architecture teams, analyzing large-scale business processes, and implementing revenue accounting systems. Malik holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Jami'at Al-Ameera Sumaya Littecknologia, completed between 1999 and 2003.
