Marie Masserey

Marie Masserey has extensive experience in the aviation and technology sectors, currently serving as the Head of Passenger Standards and PSC Secretary at the International Air Transport Association (IATA) since June 2011, where responsibilities include collaborating with airlines to establish industry standards. Prior roles at IATA included Head of Industry Architecture and Manager of Messaging Standards, focusing on EDIFACT and XML messaging standards for passenger-related operations. Previously, at SITA, positions included Senior Product Manager, overseeing strategic innovations, and Head of Auto ID Services, managing initiatives for unique identification in open loop systems. Additional experience includes managing consulting services for investors in the telecommunications and utilities sectors at Arthur Andersen and serving as a consultant at Andersen Consulting.
