Oscar Andrés León is an accomplished Project Manager at the International Air Transport Association (IATA), with extensive experience in environmental sustainability and training management. Since March 2012, Oscar has led the development and implementation of the IATA Environmental Assessment program for Airports and Ground Service Providers. Additionally, Oscar has overseen IATA's Cargo and Logistics training portfolio, managing a global curriculum of over 50 courses and generating an annual revenue of $3M USD. Previous roles include Assistant Manager for Training Systems and Operations and Training Coordinator Associate, where responsibilities ranged from stakeholder management to coordinating extensive training sessions globally. Oscar holds a Master’s degree in Standardization, Social Responsibility, and Sustainable Development from the University of Geneva and has a background in International Relations from Universidad Externado de Colombia and IUG.
