Patrick Xavier

Patrick XAVIER has over 35 years of experience in the aviation and consulting industries. Currently serving as the Industry Relationships Manager for France, Belgium, and the Netherlands at the International Air Transport Association (IATA), Patrick XAVIER focuses on developing relationships with member and non-member airlines, supporting advocacy efforts with governments, and providing progress reports to leadership. Previously, as the Manager of Passenger Services in France, responsibilities included BSP remittance and settlement operations, customer service, and risk management. Earlier roles include Senior Auditor at LOGITAIR, Revenue Accounting Deputy at A.O.M French Airline, Revenue Accounting Manager at MINERVE, and Head of Accountant at Memphis Voyages. Patrick XAVIER holds multiple degrees from prestigious institutions, including Stanford University and Harvard University, in addition to degrees in Accounting & Management and Law from Université Paris Nanterre and Université Paris-Sorbonne, respectively.
