Ritam Saha

Ritam Saha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the aviation and transportation sectors. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Passenger & Cargo Services for the International Air Transport Association (IATA) since January 2019, Ritam is responsible for managing passenger and cargo operations across India, Nepal, and Bhutan, while also developing financial relationships and growing vital settlements in the region. Prior to this, Ritam held key positions at ezeego1 as the Manager for Passenger & Cargo Services and at Qatar Airways as Commercial Manager, where responsibilities included strategic leadership and key account management. Earlier roles at Jet Airways and Kingfisher Airlines further solidified expertise in commercial functions and sales management. Ritam's educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management, along with additional management training at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calcutta.
