Rory Sergison

Rory Sergison currently serves as the Head of ATM Infrastructure Europe at the International Air Transport Association (IATA) since December 2016, after holding the position of Assistant Director for Air Traffic Management Infrastructure, Regional Safety and Flight Operations. Prior to joining IATA, Rory worked at Aer Lingus from June 2002 to November 2016, where roles included ATS Manager, Compliance, Standards and Training Officer, and Flight Operations Officer. Educational qualifications include a Lead Auditor certification in Quality from the Irish Quality Centre in 2016, a degree in Accountancy & HR from the National College of Ireland (1994-1997), and additional studies at the University of Southern California in 2011.
