Ruba Abdul Aziz

Ruba Abdul Aziz has extensive experience in event management and strategic planning within the aviation industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Industry Solutions for Events Sponsorship & Advertising and Executive Events at the International Air Transport Association (IATA) since May 2007. Ruba’s portfolio includes overseeing critical events such as the IATA Annual General Meeting and various Wings of Change conferences, along with managing significant symposiums related to passenger, cargo, and knowledge sharing. Prior to the current role, Ruba contributed as Manager of Events and held an Assistant Manager position in Knowledge Management, Training & Events, where responsibilities included developing workshop strategies and managing external event participation. Ruba also has relevant experience as an HR Manager at the Safadi Foundation and holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Université Paris-Est Créteil.
