Wanda Scales

Wanda Scales has a diverse work experience, spanning from 1971 to the present. Their most recent role was as a Guest Services Agent at The Churchill Hotel, where they focused on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Prior to this, they held various positions in the District of Columbia Government, including Administrative Support Professional and Administrative Support Specialist, where they supported the Audit Division by writing, reviewing, and editing audit reports and other documents. Wanda also served as the President and Vice President of the District of Columbia Chapter IAAP, where they played a leadership role in the organization. Additionally, they served as the Vice President of the District of Columbia Chapter for the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP). Earlier in their career, they worked as a Customer Service Agent at America's Cash Express. Wanda's work experience dates back to their time as a student at McKinley Technical High School.

Wanda Scales attended the University of the District of Columbia from 1976 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Music Education degree. Their field of study was focused on Music Education, specifically in Vocal and Choral/General areas.
