Scott Winter Cae

Scott Winter CAE is an accomplished Chief Training Officer at Scott G Winter Training and Consulting since 2002, specializing in Real Estate Assessment and Appraisal education. As a National Instructor for the International Association of Assessing Officers since 2007, Scott teaches various IAAO courses and workshops and has presented to multiple state and local authorities. Additionally, Scott serves as an Adjunct Professor at Waukesha County Technical College and has extensive experience with the IAAO, including past leadership roles. Scott's career in appraisal began in 1982, culminating in a management position at the City of Milwaukee Assessor's Office. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate and Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has further education from Marquette University.
