Wade Patterson

Wade Patterson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of property assessment and consulting. Currently serving as a Consultant at EagleView since October 2023, Wade has also held various leadership roles within the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO), including Immediate Past President in 2023, President in 2022, President-Elect in 2021, and Vice President in 2020. As the owner of L. Wade Patterson Consulting LLC and Patterson Mowing LLC since 2018 and 2014 respectively, Wade has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. Prior to these roles, Wade served as the Garfield County Assessor from 1997 to 2018 and worked as an A&E Specialist at the Oklahoma Tax Commission from 1992 to 1997, with early experience as a Data Collector at Property Valuation Group - ProVal from 1987 to 1992. Wade's expertise includes CAMA, assessor training, and extensive involvement in mass appraisal projects and appeal hearings across multiple states.
