Manny san Pedro

Manny San Pedro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in crime analysis and law enforcement consulting. Since June 2004, Manny has served as the Executive Director of MDSP Consulting Services Inc, where expertise in tactical and strategic crime analysis has enhanced policing efficiencies through the use of data and geographic information systems. In addition, Manny holds the position of Technology Director for the International Association of Crime Analysts, overseeing the association's technological needs, and has chaired the 2019 IACA International Symposium Committee to extend training opportunities to international members. Within the IALEIA South Western Ontario Chapter, Manny serves as Vice President, representing law enforcement analysts in the region. Previous roles include Project Manager for Toronto Community Housing, where efforts focused on community safety, and Creative Consultant/Co-Creator of a police drama series at Shaw Communications. Manny also brings a wealth of experience from a 26-year career with the Toronto Police Service, culminating in the role of Detective Constable with a specialization in criminal investigative analysis.
