Paolo Martinez

Paolo Martinez is an experienced professional specializing in facilitation, problem solving, and innovation. Currently serving as a Partner at FUTOUR - Mobile Future Center since July 2007, Paolo also holds positions as a Certified Professional Facilitator and Italian Chapter Leader for the International Association of Facilitators since January 2017. As a Senior Advisor and Artificial Intelligence Strategy Facilitator at AI Strategy Company since October 2019, Paolo supports organizations in navigating AI-related opportunities and risks. Additional roles include Full Member of the New Club of Paris, Fellow at the RSA, Evaluator for the European Commission, and member of the Leadership Group at ENoLL. As a Visiting Professor at the School of Advanced Studies S.Anna, University of Pisa, Paolo lectures on management and innovation, while previous experience includes working with TINNOVA to design and manage international cooperation projects. Paolo holds a BSc with first class honors in Sociology and Geography from Oxford Brookes University.
