Xaviera Medina has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Xaviera started their career as a Communications Consultant at USAID from 2004 to 2005, where they were responsible for writing successful exporting business stories and analyzing international commerce relations. Xaviera then worked as an International Commerce Consultant at DAI from 2007 to 2008, conducting interviews, monitoring references, and analyzing developments in the field.

In 2008, Xaviera became a Jr Project Manager at cetena group, where they assisted in project proposals, coordinated meetings, and produced marketing literature. Xaviera also worked as a Project Manager at Reach from 2008 to 2009, defining project vision, managing work plans, and developing a communication strategy.
