Becky Setterberg

Becky Setterberg is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in managing events and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at the International Association of Venue Managers since December 2018, Becky oversees a membership of over 8,000 executives in the venue industry and coordinates major events like VenueConnect, which attracts around 2,000 attendees. Previously, as a Business Development Manager at WorldatWork from July 2013 to December 2018, Becky successfully managed multiple annual events that generated $2 million in revenue, achieving record sponsorship figures. Additional experience includes holding senior sales roles at Decusoft and Mohanna Sales Representatives, where Becky led significant revenue growth and managed sales teams for several trade associations.
