Jin Chou

Director of Content at International Association of Women

Jin Chou has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2010, Jin served as a Press Intern at the Cook County Sheriff's Department. Following this, in 2011, Jin worked as a General Assignment Reporter for the Chicago Chinese News and also started freelancing as a Legal and Medical Interpreter.

In 2011, Jin joined Mandarin Communications Group, LLC as a Senior Editor, where they successfully built and expanded a Chinese publication, growing its readership and securing high-profile collaborations. They managed a team of contributors and photographers, produced and edited numerous stories, and provided creative solutions for visual presentation.

From 2017 onwards, Jin worked at the International Association of Women, initially as the Director of Content. In this role, they were responsible for developing content strategies, managing social media platforms, and overseeing a team of contractors. In 2018, they joined IPDN | Professional Diversity Network, INC. as the Director of Internal Communications.

Later in 2017, Jin also joined Professional Diversity Network as the Corporate Secretary, and in 2018, assumed the role of Chief of Staff. Unfortunately, specific start and end dates for these roles are not provided.

Jin Chou obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Translation and Interpretation from Chung Jung Christian University, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Arts in Journalism degree with a focus on Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs at Roosevelt University from 2009 to 2011.
