Michael Todd

Michael Todd has extensive experience in operations and claims management, currently serving as General Manager of Operations at International Auto Logistics, LLC since April 2014. In addition to overseeing operations, Michael has held roles including General Manager of Quality, Training, Audits, and Claims, QTAC Manager, and Claims Manager within the same company. Prior to this, Michael worked at Progressive Insurance from November 2007 to March 2014 as a Claims Adjuster Intermediate. Michael’s career began at Staples, where responsibilities included serving as Assistant Manager from September 2001 to October 2007. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Georgia State University (2001-2003) and completed studies at the College of Coastal Georgia (1999-2001), with an earlier education at Glynn Academy, graduating in 1999.
