Juventino Gutierrez

Juventino Gutierrez has extensive experience in operations and management within the automotive manufacturing industry, spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Sr Operations Director for IAC Mexico West Plants since April 2007, Juventino has held multiple leadership positions including Vice President of Launch Management Mexico, Country Lead Mexico, and Vice President of Operations Mexico. Prior to joining IAC Group, Juventino worked at Lear Corporation from July 1997 to April 2007, where responsibilities included Manufacturing Engineering Director and Plant Manager for Lear Toluca, as well as Launch - Operations Manager for the same plant. Juventino's career began at Lear Corporation - Masland Industries from April 1992 to June 1997 as Production - Launch Manager.
