Michael Cai

Michael Cai has over a decade of experience in financial management and analysis, currently serving as the Regional Senior Manager of Operation Finance at IAC Group since July 2020. In this role, Michael Cai is responsible for China regional budget management and 12-month rolling forecast analysis, collaborating with department heads on budget operation KPIs and overseeing tasks across various teams, including operations and procurement. Prior to this position, Michael Cai worked as Finance Controller at IAC Group from May 2010 to January 2020, focusing on financial analysis, budget formulation, reporting, and cost control. Michael Cai began the career as an Accountant and FP&A professional. Michael Cai holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Shanghai Lixin University of Commerce, obtained between 2004 and 2008.
