Milan Ždrale has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and product development. Milan began their career at Core.doo Sarajevo in 2014, where they worked as an Entwicklungsingenieur/konstrukteur, specializing in the development and construction of plastic and metal components. During their time there, they were responsible for designing components for cockpit areas, such as seats, door panels, and roof elements, while taking into account functionality, cost, and manufacturing considerations.
In 2015, Milan joined Core.doo-Draexlmaier Group as a Projekt Manager für Konstruktion und Entwicklungsingenieur/konstrukteur. In this role, they managed projects related to design and engineering, contributing their expertise in CAD systems and component analysis.
In 2016, Milan transitioned to Bertrandt, where they worked as an Entwicklungsingenieur/konstrukteur im Bereich Cockpit/FAP. Here, they focused on the constructive design of interior, exterior, body, and chassis components, utilizing their proficiency in Catia V5 software. Milan was involved in various projects for BMW, such as developing concepts and 3D models for the middle console and instrument panels, as well as designing various plastic and metal brackets for cable lines.
Most recently, Milan joined IAC Group in 2020 as a Lead Engineer. As part of the Engineering Central Europe team, they are responsible for leading engineering projects and ensuring their successful execution.

Milan Ždrale earned a Bachelor of Science in Maschinenwesen (B.Sc.) from Universität Sarajevo, Fakultät für Maschinenbau in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, specializing in the scientific department of vehicle and engine technology. Milan then went on to obtain a Master of Science in Maschinenwesen (M.Sc.) from the same institution, also specializing in the scientific department of vehicle and engine technology.
